Email Delivery Fails with Error: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not convert socket to TLS (Doc ID 2801586.1)

Steps to reproduce issue :-

1. Customer has changed the "Configuring Delivery Options" with their custom email address.

2. Still the email server rejects the delivery as the from address appears to be always "bipublisher-report@oracle.com"

3. Errors generated in bi_server1.out file :-

oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not convert socket to TLS
