Steps to reproduce issue :-
1. Customer has changed the "Configuring Delivery Options" with their custom email address.
2. Still the email server rejects the delivery as the from address appears to be always "firstname.lastname@example.org"
3. Errors generated in bi_server1.out file :-
oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not convert socket to TLS
