FRM-40105 Error Message While Navigating To Charges Tab In Service Request Form (Doc ID 2801768.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

When navigating to the Charges tab in the SR form, the following error is displayed.

Errors
FRM:40105: Unable to resolve reference to item incident_tracking.BILL_TO_ACCOUNT




Steps
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Create SR
Click on Charges tab

The error above is displayed.
