Symptoms

The wave dashboard is unable to find a wave when searching using the Trip parameter.
The following message is received:

Query fetched no waves


Steps

  1. Navigate: Warehouse Super User > Wave Planning > Wave Dashboard
  2. Click the "Find Wave" tab
  3. Enter the Trip number in the Trip field.
  4. Click Find, the trip is not found.
