Portugal Localizations: QR Code Not Generated For Portugal Billing Invoice Print (Doc ID 2801820.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to print QR code on Invoices for Portugal Billing. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------
Should be able to generate QR code to be printed on the invoices and other Portugal tax relevant documents.

Reproduction Steps:
------------------
1. Navigate to Receivables Responsibility > Transactions.
2. Create an AR Transaction using Transaction Source enabled for SAFT.
3. Complete the Transaction.
4. Submit the program "Portugal: Invoice Print Selected Invoices (Multiple Languages)" to print the Invoice
5. The printed invoice doesn't show any QR code
