Is it possible to prevent  the upload of journals through WEBADI when the journals are not balanced by balancing segment value?

Example: User uploading a  journal with two lines. Line 1 has balancing segments 01 and line 2 has balancing segment 02. Balancing segment 01 is debited with amount 100 and balancing segment 02 is credited with 100. So, total debit is equal to total credit. But journal not balanced by balancing segment , ie, balancing segments 01 do not have corresponding credit with 01 and  balancing segment 02 do not have a corresponding credit with 02. As per the basics of financial reporting, journal should always be balanced by balancing segment value. WEBADI allows the upload of journals even if they are not balanced by balancing segment values

Steps to reproduce the issue

1) Log into General ledger or Desktop Integrator responsibility

2) Select create document using General Ledger-Journals Integrator

3) Enter the journal lines with multiple balancing segments

4) Journals balanced by totals and not by balancing segments

5) Select Upload from the document
