On : 12.2.7 version, Solicitation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Add Payment Office Address on Solicitation So User Could Enter Address to Be Displayed on SF1449 PDF

When the user adds a valid address onto the Header field "Bill-To Address" the office address does not print out on the SF1449 Solicitation PDF 18A field "18a. Payment Will Be Made By". That field is left blank on the PDF printouts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Solicitation add valid Office Address to supplier
2. Print out SF1449 Solicitation PDF 18A
3. Office address does not printout on SF1449 Solicitation PDF 18A
