Unexpected Error When Trying To Issue Push Components Using Discrete MES

Symptoms
When attempting to issue push components using MES, the following error occurs.
When changing the component from Push to Pull, then system allows to issue the material.
For Push components, it's always showing below error
ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: MES for Discrete.
2. Go to Transact Components page.
3. Try to issue Push components.
4. Receive the aforementioned error.
