Online Enablement patch 13543062 failed on ADZDPREP.sql - "ORA-20001: ORA-20000: Cannot migrate owner" (Doc ID 2802117.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Upgrade related issues

Upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2 and while applying Online Enablement patch 13543062, failed on ADZDPREP.sql with error "ORA-20001: ORA-20000: Cannot migrate owner"

The below error occurred in the worker logs for custom schema
