LMS Home Icon Not Working Properly After Applying The RUP 15 For Scorm Content

OLM: The home icon on the outline page is not working properly after applying the RUP 15.
After applying the RUP 15, the home icon is not working properly on the outline page.
The customer is getting below behavior in two different scenarios.
The home button on the outline page is not working in IE.
The customer has to click twice on the home icon to go back to the learner page.
Scenario 2: With Popup blocker enable
When the customer plays an online content that opens in a new window, they are getting a popup blocker message which is expected behavior.
However, when they disable the popup blocker ad try to go back by clicking the home icon, the page gets stuck.
The customer is then forced to completely exit out and login back and navigate the learner home from the beginning.
Warning: A popup blocker has prevented the content window from opening properly. Disable popup blocking for this site, exit the course and try again
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1 - Issue in Internet Explorer only.
Step 1: Login as Employee/Contractor and navigate to Learner Home.
Click on Play for any online class which is open in a new window.
Step 2: Close the content window by clicking X.
Step 3: Click on the "Home" icon to go back to the learner's home page.
Step 4: Had to click twice on the "Home" icon.
Step 5: After clicking twice on the home icon, it will navigate to the Learner home page.
Scenario 2 Issue in all browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome & Firefox).
Step 1: Turn on the popup blocker and Login as Employee/Contractor and navigate to Learner Home.
Step 2: Click Ok on the webpage message.
Step 3: Click on the Home icon.
Note: The page is stuck and not moving forward. We are getting SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'postMessage' of an undefined or null reference.
