ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ECC Cost Management (Upgrade to v6 from v4): No Data After Refresh Process

After running the refresh process for almost all the Cost Management data set keys, the processes ended successfully but there is no data returned. The only data set key that retrieves records is cst-pval-batch. Patch: 32015114:R12.BOM.D has been applied to resolve a previous performance issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Records returned for ECC Cost Management

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: ECC Developer
2. Execute the full refresh job for all the CM data sets. After the job ends, verify the process status is Success
3. Review: 0 records processed. The log file is empty
5. This can also be seen with the other data set keys
6. Issue does not occur when running the concurrent program directly from the application; rows are processed. When checking the Dashboard in the same responsibility as in v4, information cannot be viewed (No data to display)
