ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While trying to query a partial value from the Address field in the Define Asset Numbers form for a new asset, the search result does not
return any values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The partial value should return values.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Enterprise asset management.
2. (N) Enterprise Asset Manager: Assets > Asset Numbers
3. Create new asset.
4. Enter partial value with % to get return values.
5. No list of values are returned.
