R12.1 : Getting FRM-92102 Error When Launching Forms on a Cloned Environment

After login into cloned 12.1 EBS instance, when trying to launch any Forms from menu it shows below error.
FRM-92102: A network error has occurred.
The Forms client has attempted to reestablish its session 1 time(s) without success.
Please check the network connection and try again later.

1. Login to EBS
2. Launch Forms window from menu
