Symptoms

After upgrading from EBS release 12.1.3 to 12.2 ( Framework Code Level: 12.2.10) , if users set the preference Home Page Style to "Framework Only" and profile option FND: Disable
Configurable Home Page to "True", they notice big gaps between responsibilites in the Homepage Navigator in 12.2 compared to 12.1
