On : 12.2.9 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that after upgrading to R12.2.9, personal tasks are created without Planned dates.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

--------------------------

  1. Open Dispatch Center form.
  2. Select resource from Gantt chart and select Create Personal Task from right click menu.
  3. Create personal task.
