Personal Tasks Page: Personal Tasks Are Created Without Planned Start/End Dates (Doc ID 2802683.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that after upgrading from 12.1.3 to R12.2.9, personal tasks are created without planned start/end dates in Personal Task page.

STEPS

---------------

1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate to Field Service Dispatcher/Dispatch Center and open the Dispatch Center form.
3. Open Gantt chart and select a resource.
4. Right click on the resource and select Create Personal Task from right click menu.
5. In Personal Task page, enter the mandatory data  and click Save button.

 When checking the related record in jtf_tasks_b table, it is found that the planned start/end dates are null.

Changes

 Issue occurs after upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9.
