ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
"Allow Alternate Lines" Rule Is Missing In Negotiation Sourcing Create RFQ Template Control

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Create RFQ Template will have option to enable "Allow Alternate Lines" Rule


STEPS TO REPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Sourcing responsibility --> Click on RFQ Template menu
2. Attempt to define a RFQ Template with default 'Allow Alternate Lines on Supplier Response' checked.
3. find that this response rule is not found in create RFQ Template
