Supplier Notification Shows Incorrect Closure Date Even After the RFQ Closure Date Is Extended (Doc ID 2802925.1)

Symptoms

On Release 12.2.9 version, Auction/RFx creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After creating a negotiation (RFQ) - they buyer decides to Extend the RFQ Closure Date.
However, after extending the RFQ Closure Date the Email Notification to the Supplier shows the incorrect New Closure date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
User expect to see the New Extended Closure date in the Notification of the RFQ Extension.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Sign on to Application
Select Responsibility:
Navigation: Sourcing - Homepage ->> Published Negotiations -
Find RFQ:XXXXXX->> Open RFQ ->> Select Actions: "Extend RFQ" ->> Click: "GO"
On the Extend RFQ:XXXXXX page ->> Enter New Close Date: 14-JAN-2020 10:00 ->>
Click: "Apply" ->> Triggers Email to Participating Suppliers of the RFQ:XXXXXX has been Extended.
Supplier Opens Notification and Sees the incorrect Closure date.
