Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Supplier Profile Management

In Supplier Management Administrator responsibility, when attempting to create a
Dynamic Supplier List the following error log is shown in the page directly.

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25002: Definition oracle.apps.pos.supplier.server.ExecDynListAM of type ApplicationModule not found

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supplier Management Administrator responsibility
2. Click on 'Dynamic Supplier Lists' hyperlink on the home page
3. Attempt to a new dynamic supplier list by clicking on the 'Create Dynamic Supplier List' button.
4. Error message is shown directly on the page on clicking on the 'here' link to expand the error stack.
