Asset relocation error on future start date assets

Booked future start date contract that unable to update install at location in Lease Cente, fails for any date used.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Book Contract -->Lease Center Agent-->Lease Center Search
2.Search Contract-->Open-->Asset-->Bulk Asset Update OR Asset Details
3.Update Asset Location
