GST: Tax Detail Form In Claim Details Form Of Process Claim Form Is Not Showing Net Amount Post RTV Done On Receipt (Doc ID 2803170.1)

Goal

Actual Behavior:-

When user checking tax detail form from process claim form and a separate form is opening for tax details. There in case of RTV done on receipt, system doesn't showing net amount after RTV value, but is showing amounts at deliver.

Example:-

GRN of Rs 100
RTV of Rs 20
In process claim form , Claim is available to take for 80 and is processing for 80 only, but when checking Tax detail form of Process claim, it is showing 100.
There is no accounting impact, but this display issue is causing confusion.

(N):- Oracle Financials for India -> Process Claim -> Claim Details -> Tax details.
 
Steps to reproduce the issue:-
----------------------
1. Trying querying receipt where RTV is done in Process claim form.
2. Click on claim details/tax details and check the base and tax amount.
