Goal

The open format solution is working only with primary ledger, code fix to run only for primary ledger is made in below unpublished bug:-
 Bug 27422211 - BKMVDATA - LEDGER PARAMETER SHOULD SHOW ONLY PRIMARY LEDGERS IN LOV  

Require functionality for implementing open format solution for reporting ledger as well other than primary ledger.
