MS Excel365: rxcustomUI_onLoad and mnuOracle_BNE_ORACLE_RIBBON_Visible Macro Error when Creating Non OOXML WebADI Document

Symptoms
When "BNE: Enable OOXML Standard" profile is set to No, creating WebADI document using any integrator gets below error when below conditions are met:
a. 'BNE Server Log Level' profile is not set to TRACE
b. Microsoft Office Release is 365
c. There are at least Two Non WEbADI Excel workbooks open
ERROR
Cannot run the macro 'rxcustomUI_onLoad'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.
Cannot run the macro 'mnuOracle_BNE_ORACLE_RIBBON_Visible'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.
