On : 12.2.9 version, CLAIMS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When claim history is navigated from claim page and it is navigated back to using breadcrumb there is nullpointer exception

The following error occurred:
 
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException  
No further information.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should see the forms without any errors.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Oracle Trade Management User

2.(N)Go to Claims-->Open the Claim Page.
3. Click on History button and then click on Claim.
