Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

When attempting to query requisition,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 ORA-01403: no data found in Package po.plsql.PO_RCO_VALIDATION_PVT. Procedure is_on_complex_work_order()

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to iProcurement responsibility > Requisitions > Requisitions
2. Query requisition by View or Search button
3. Click the link of Requisition Number
4. Click details icon
    Error is shown
