Mobile Ingredient Return Page (GME_MOBILE_RETURN_ING) Is Not Recognizing OPM Batches, Gives Error, "No result is found" (Doc ID 2803309.1)

Problems with the Return Ingred mobile page.

When attempting to retrieve a batch on this page, as soon as they enter a batch number, the Step field gets populated (despite the fact that no items in the batch are associated to the one step) and
the following error displays at the bottom.

No result is found

If they delete the data in the Step field, they are able to proceed through the rest of the page, but as soon as they enter the Lot Qty (last field on the page) the "No result is found" error pops up again.

Also, although the batch has WIP Issue transactions with an LPN, the LPN field does not display on the page, although in internal testing it does.

On the desktop form the customer is able to retrieve the batches and create WIP Returns

1. Mobile > MES for Process Manufacturing > Return Ingred
2. Enter a valid batch number
3. Error displays
