PDS Issue - Incorrect Calculation Of Funds To Use

Symptoms
Calculation of funds to use for info slin is incorrect. For example, info slin is increased from 56,240.24 to 72,308.88 a difference of 16,064.68. However, calculation is resulting in 16068.640000000007 which is causing Handshake2 to fail citing insufficient funds.
Transform xml should populate 16,064.68 not 16068.640000000007. There is issue with PDS Inbound . It should populate funds to use as 16,064.68 not 16068.640000000007.
STEPS

1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Increase Info Slin amount
3. Calculation is adding longer decimal with rounding at end
4. Handshake 2 fails with insufficient funds due to extra decimal number
