CLM Workflow Mailer Notification Attachments - "Notification References.html" link does not redirect to anything. (Doc ID 2803434.1)

Symptoms

When a document (Award, IDV) is submitted for approval, a notification is
sent to the approver's Oracle worklist and and email notification is sent via
the workflow mailer.

That email notification has three attachments:

1 - Notification Detail.html
2 - The contract PDF
3 - Notification References.html

The third attachment, "Notification References.html" seems to have URL links
that often do no redirect to anything.

User wants either the links should be working correctly or want to remove
those links.


STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Award, IDV
2. Submit the Award for approval.
3. Error while accessing the links on the PO Approval Email notification.
