Receiving Transactions Form Throws FRM-40202 Error While Performing Quality Inspection After 12.2.9 Upgrade (Doc ID 2803490.1)

Symptoms

While trying to perform the quality inspection using receiving transactions form, the below error is encountered.

ERROR

FRM-40202 Field must be entered

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Switch to Inventory responsibility
2. Navigate to Inventory -> Transactions -> Receiving -> Receiving Transactions
3. Choose the Org and enter the receipt number
4. Click on Inspect, Quality results form will display the error.

 Upgraded to 12.2.9
