Symptoms

Import Enterprise Command Center Applications (patchECCfiles.pl) Failed during ECC installation.

The error 'failed with HTTP status: 503' noticed in the patchECCfiles log file

ERROR

perl patchEccFiles.pl


STEPS 
-----------
1. On ECC tier goto $ECC_BASE/Oracle/quickInstall/scripts and locate the script patchEccFiles.pl
2. Copy the script to the EBS server
3. Execute as ./patchEccFiles.pl
