General ledger Translation Concurrent Program Errors: SHRD0043: ERROR: ORA-00926: missing VALUES keyword (Doc ID 2803810.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run General ledger -  Translation Concurrent Program, the following error is identified in the log file. 

ERROR

SHRD0043: ERROR: ORA-00926: missing VALUES keyword

 

The logfile may also show additional errors, such as: 

SHRD0075: Error in glsasi().

SHRD0075: Error in glsamn().

SHRD0030: glttir encountered an error returning from gltbpi

SHRD0075: Error in glttir().



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to GL responsibility
2. Navigate to Currency > Translation
3. Enter the appropriate values and submit
4. Translation concurrent program runs
5. Once completed, check the phase and status, review the logfile
