Goal

Why Document of Record (DOR) transaction are getting deleted from hr_api_transactions table while rejecting the transaction by Approver. As per the seeded functionality if we add the parameter "pNtfFyiDetails=Y" in function parameter against the Process name "PER_DOR_JSP_PRC" the transaction should not be deleted.
