RMA KIT Line Closed Upon Booking - While KIT Components (Included Items) are Not Received (Doc ID 2803947.1)

Goal

When a standard order is entered, the KIT line item (parent) goes to Awaiting Fulfillment and the KIT component (included) line items goes to Awaiting Shipping.
Thus the KIT line/parent will wait for the child(ren) to go through shipping; before closing/interfacing to invoicing.

However in case of RMA, the KIT line item (parent) goes to Closed (after workflow background process runs) and the KIT component (included) line items goes to Awaiting Return.
Thus the KIT line/parent is progressing to closing/interfacing to invoicing/credit memo - without completing the return process for KIT components.
