Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Accounting related

Create Accounting - Receiving (CSTCRACCRCV) and Cost Management Program completing in "Warning".
Log file shows the following error message:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing respsonbility
2. Go to View > Request
3. Submit a new Request
4. Select request name ' Create Accounting-Receiving'
5. The program completed with warning
6. Log file shows the above error
