Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting
When attempting to run Create Accounting,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

An internal error has occurred in the program
XLA_00555_AAD_C_011111_PKG.EventType_380. ORA-01403: no data found.
EVENT CLASS CODE = BATCH_RESOURCE
The following events are present in the line extract but MISSING in the
header extract:
Event_id = .....
Event_id = .....
STEPS
-------
1. Run Create Accounting (OPM Financials > View > Requests > Submit a New Request > Create Accounting
2. Concurrent program ends in Error
3. Check log file (OPM Financials > View > Requests > Find > View Log)
