Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Performance Issue

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Order Import child requests are taking long time to complete for large internal orders. It took 3 hours to import an internal order line with 292 lines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Order Import program to complete in 1-2 minutes for an internal order with 200+ lines.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Submit Order Import program
3. The Order Import Child program is spawned and took long time to finish.
