Requisition Header DFF Missing After Upgrade (Doc ID 2804399.1)

Goal

After upgrade, the requisition header DFF (Descriptive Flexfields) is not showing up in the Shopping Cart neither in Edit and Submit Requisition page.

It shows in the core Requisition form.
