Associate task to Performance Obligation and the list displays duplicate task numbers.

1. Associate project to IGT (intragovernmental) Order
2. Query Template that has only two tasks
3. Use template to create project
4. Associate project tasks to Performance Obligation
5. Line shows duplicate tasks.
