Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Database for Application Technology

While trying to run DBMS_STATS.GATHER_SCHEMA_STATS the below error is observed:

ERROR

ERROR at line 6:
ORA-06550: line 6, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_STATS.AUTO_SAMPLE_SIZE' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 2, column 4:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

STEPS

The steps to reproduce the issue is as below:

1．sqlplus as sysdba

2. Run the following script
