Symptoms

Have a sales order that was BOOKED in 2002, but the line status is
stuck at "Awaiting Invoice Interface - Incomplete Data" and the
following error occurs.

ERROR

Sales Order Analzyer shows:
 > Sales Order Line Process Messages
    > Cust_Trx_Type_Id is required for Invoice Interface.

3. Header: Booked
  Header WF: Close - Order Close - Wait For Line Notified
4. Line 1.1 > INVOICE_INCOMPLETE > Qty 1 > DD ID: nnn56
  Line WF: Invoice Interface - Line Invoice Interface - Eligible Notified
  Line 2.1 > INVOICE_INCOMPLETE > Qty 1 > DD ID: nnn57
  Line WF: Invoice Interface - Line Invoice Interface - Eligible Notified
