java.lang.NullPointerException Errors Making Payments with Credit Cards (Doc ID 2804595.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to R12.2.9, while making a credit card payment using an internal or external responsibility, the process intermittently displays the following error:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.ar.irec.accountDetails.pay.server.MultipleInvoicesPayListSummaryVOImpl.initQuery(MultipleInvoicesPayListSummaryVOImpl.java:96)

Steps to Replicate

Using internal or external responsibility
Enter Credit Card Information
Error may be displayed after pressing submit

Note: navigation is different depending on whether you are internal or external

Changes

 Upgraded to 12.2.9
