Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Oracle EBS Maintenance Home Work Order page defaults to the Dashboard Tab, but it should rather default to the ALL tab.
The dashboard tab is not used by everyone, and requires time to load before a user can change tabs after upgrading to R12.10.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

EBS Maintenance Home Work Order page should default to ALL tab.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Maintenance Super User responsibility.
2. Click on Work Order tab.
3. The page defaults to the Dashboard Tab, but it should default to the ALL tab.
