FSG XML Report Output Errors After Upgrade: XML-20121 (Fatal Error) End Tag Does Not Match Start Tag 'fsg:RptLine' (Doc ID 2804661.1)

FSG: Financial Statement Generator


Symptoms

When submitting a Financial Statement Generator (FSG) report that contains XML output for Excel
either through the application or through Report Manager the following error is encountered:

XML-20121: (Fatal Error) End tag does not match start tag 'fsg:RptLine'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) General Ledger Responsibility > Other > Request > Submit New Request
2. Select Program - Publish FSG Report.
3. Enter the parameters and Submit.
4. Report completes in error.

Upgrade to 12.2.10
