In Expenditure Inquiry, drill down to the PO from Expenditures Items screen, but errors with,

You can select this option for PO related contingent work labor transactions only

Reproduction steps:

Navigate to > Projects responsibility > Expenditures > Expenditure Inquiry > All.
In the Find Project Expenditure Items screen, select an Operating Unit.  Click the Find button.
In the Expenditure Items screen, choose/highlight an Expenditure Item.  Click on the Item Details button.  Select Purchase Order Details.
Error appears.
