Symptoms

Using Unassisted mode in the Tasks Assignment Manager in Service Requests form, Tasks tab it results into an error:

FRM-40734: Internal error: PL/SQL error occurred

Using other modes can even result into lost connection between Apps and the server.

On the other hand, Tasks Assignment Manager can be working fine from the Dispatch Center
