Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Financial Statement Generator

Program Publish FSG Report is completing with below error

ERROR

ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to GL
2. View/Submit a New request
3. Run the Program Publish FSG Report
4. Program is getting error.
