After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9, the SCORM 1.2 Course Is Not Being Tracked (Doc ID 2804899.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tracking is not working SCORM 1.2 course after upgraded from 12.1.3 ro 12.2.9

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tracking should work for SCORM1.2 course  in 12.2.9

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login using Learning Administrator

2.Navigate to Learning Administration > Content Administration

3.Click on Content tab

4.Select the folder and create the learning object

5.Import the content

6.Specifications: SCORM 1.2 Content Aggregation

Tracking Type: SCORM 1.2
7.Create Course > Add Offering > Create course > Create class

8.Click on Single enroll
Enrollment Status: Placed

9.Login as Learner > Learner Home

10.Select the course that was just created Click Play

11.Play the course again it will start from the beginning
