PROBLEM STATEMENT

------------------------

When attempting to perform Exception threshold setup
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
cannot insert null into ("JA"."JAI_AP_TDS_THHOLD_TAXES". "THRESHOLD_SLAB_ID")

The issue is happening after upgrading from 12.1.X to 12.2.8


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India
2. Withholding Tax Setup > Define Threshold Setup
3. Provide the required details(Make sure exception setup flag is checked)
4. Save the same
