Symptoms
Financial Statement Generator (FSG) report has column output value 'n/m' in PTD(Column Set, Amount Type - PTD-Actual) report but QTD (Column Set, Amount Type - QTD-Actual) report outputs properly.
General setup for this FSG is row set parent values for segment which are being expanded.... column set is to be used with segment overrides to gather the data for the various needed values for the specific values indicated by the column.
example... one row for revenue using expanded parent values
01---4100--- 01---4149--- T-T-T-E-T-T-T
Then the next row adds this row to it to get a total
The formula uses the Total Row which is a calculation of + the row above it.
The other row in the calculation is similar... a total value of other rows added together by formula these for expenses.
The gross % row is then the Total Gross Margin calculation row/Total Revenue row....
This returns a % value as expected for all columns that have been overridden.... the column that does not get a value but n/m is the TOTAL column which is a calculation column adding up all the segment overridden columns.
Changes
This is a newly defined FSG
