Symptoms

On : Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.0 release, Development environment.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bulleted list included in "html2fo" tag does not work for docx output.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------

Bulleted list included in "html2fo" tag should be displayed in docx output.

WHAT IS WORKING?
-----------------------------
Bulleted list included in "html2fo" tag is displayed properly in PDF output.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create RTF template.
2. Use "html2fo" tag to include text with bulleted list.
3. Generate docx output and see that text appears but bulleted indentation is not displayed.
