After Switching as a Main Appraiser, PMS Administrator ("HR Professional V4.0" Responsibility) is not able to view Completed Appraisals of the switched person's Subordinates / Appraisee.

Goal
PMS (Performance Management System) Administrator (Plan Admin / "HR Professional V4.0" Responsibility), after Switching as any Main Appraiser / Manager, going into the Appraisal page, they are not able to access the completed Appraisal of the Subordinates / Appraisee reporting to the switched person.
The same is not true with respect to Pending Appraisals.
Is this an Expected Behavior?
Navigation for accessing Completed Appraisal as Plan Admin:

1. Login using "HR Professional V4.0" responsibility.
2. Open the function "Performance Management".
3. In the launched page, click on the Button "Switch As Manager" under the cluster "Switch Manager/User".
4. In the launched People in Hierarchy Page, click on "Action" Icon against the Main Appraiser (To whom you want to switch).
5. In the launched page open up the Task "Manage Appraisal".
6. In the launched page, under the cluster "Completed Appraisals", it displays the completed appraisals of the Appraisee or subordinates of the logged in plan admin.
