Symptoms
An error occurs in the "Santei" run on the same day as the "Geppen".
Only employees who have the 'Over 70 Age Employee' flag checked will get the error.

Error was encountered when processing Element Type San_ Basic_ Monthly
Remuneration
Cannot update recurring element entry for assignment XX_XXXXX and element
Com_ Wp_ Standard Monthly Remuneration.
Reason: The attempt to update the standard recurring element entry for
assignment number XX_XXXXX and element Com_ Wp_ Stand

1. 2021/01 - 2021/03 Payroll run
2. 2021/04 Salary +200000 yen
3. 2021/04 - 2021/06 Payroll run
4. 2021/07/01 Geppen run
5. 2021/07/01 Santei run
6. rollback santei
7. 2021/07/01 SI Reporting -> 'Over 70 Age Employee' checked
